About JES & JALON

Jes and Jalon are an artist duo made up of Jes Rajeswariy, aka Jes, and Jalon Tan. Jes was born and raised in Singapore and has been passionate about fine arts since childhood. She is  currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art at LASALLE. Her works are inspired by her multiracial background and many of her projects reflect her dedication to giving back to the community, including mural painting for the Alzheimer’s Disease Association at New Horizon Centre. Jalon is a Singaporean visual artist who works in various media, but has a particular flair for traditional painting and a love of animals. His first solo exhibition, Purr-etty Paints, was in December 2015 and consisted mainly of cat paintings. He now takes commissions for pet portraits and conducts painting classes in his Pretty Paints Workshop.
